GM pulls out of Client Electronics Present on COVID-19 considerations
DETROIT, Dec 23 (Reuters) – Basic Motors Co (GM.N) on Thursday joined a gaggle of firms that won’t ship staff or high executives to the Client Electronics Present (CES) in Las Vegas subsequent month as a result of rising considerations about Omicron variant of the coronavirus.
The U.S. automaker’s chief govt, Mary Barra, had been scheduled to provide a keynote speech on the annual convention on Jan. 5, throughout which the corporate would have proven its electrical Silverado pickup truck for the primary time.
